Oak Grove a faith based, non-profit Continuing Care Living Community is seeking a VP of Operations for its Oak Grove campus in Demotte, IN. We are dedicated to providing our residence with the best living experience. The successful candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in Long Term Care, preferable in supervisory capacity.

Responsibilities of the VP of Operations includes:

• Providing day-to-day leadership throughout the campus
• Fosters a culture continues quality improvement.
• Keeps abreast of financial performance.
• Serve as ambassador in the building the campus’s reputation in the community.
• Ensures Developing policies and procedures.
• Ensure facility operations is in compliance with all local, state and federal regulations.
• Possesses a track record of developing a strong leadership team.
• The ability to build a strong community with residence and team members.

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in health care or related field required.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Three or more years of experience in Long Term Care, preferable in supervisory capacity
• Licensed by the State of Indiana as a Nursing Home Administrator
